The pre -agreement statement and quotation are available to every client on our Dephin  software program(our software provider NCR compliant) as it calculates the contract interest and fees for the client and then is printed in format set out in terms of the act. The program does not add the contract live until the client hereby accepts the quote made out on the system .The client can cancel this contract within the 5 days or accept the quotation if yes ,it will then add it live on the system. We do not charge any fees for cancellation according to the act if the client declines the quote given.

When the client accepts the quote the client will then sign the pre-agreement and quotation form and the credit agreement which will mostly in our situation will be small agreements, as all  of our contracts fall under 6 months currently.

We have the pre-agreement and quotation and credit agreement available in English or isiZulu whichever the client requests as his official language he/she prefers for the contracts. If the client request documents in isiZulu we have to get our staff to explain the contact with translation.

Regarding The enforcement notice of section 129 of the act, We post by registed mail a notice of Default stating all the options available to the client after 30 days of default of a payment .The date is registed on our system when we sent the notice of default and make a copy for our files and we wait Another 30 days on our system before the client account is forwarded to the attorneys. We also  often restructure a person’s debt if they having difficulties meeting the obligations of their installment to avoid and unnecessary cost for the client.

When it comes to our marketing and advertising, we do not have any agents currently employed by us , and the only form of advertising is pamphlets and  our website www.bridgeanchor.co.za , we follow the code under the act for adverts. We have a website for advertising for the internet only and contains our staff pictures and telephone numbers for our branches  and most of our marketing in via introductions from other clients as our client service is good and our rates are very reasonable ,mostly below the maximum allowed in the credit act.

Many of Our client base was created from pre-ncr times and know where to contact us regarding how to get hold of us, as we are based in the same offices for ten years (Both offices t/a Bridge&Anchor loans) with the necessary contact numbers available on our forms as well. Our branch staff have been with us also for fifteen years or more and are well trained on all pre-agreement quotes and Credit agreements and affordability calculations and have been to seminars held by delphin and Fica training  and bank serve which we are members of.
